Forgeries on the Fourth - January Tutorials

for·ger·y
ˈfôrjərē/
noun
  1. the action of forging or producing a copy of a document, signature, banknote, or work of art.

Welcome to "Forgeries on the Fourth" where it is no crime to create your own version of the trendy, hip products from the inspiration kit using your own stash and ingenuity.  Each month on the fourth, check out tutorials from your Master Forgers or links to resources they have found for you on the internet.

Our January inspiration comes from Scarlet Lime's Planner Society kits. Offered by Christy Tomlinson since April 2015 the kits are on a smaller scale than most scrapbook kits & include all of the goodies associated with the planner craze. You may choose any Planner Society kit to inspire you, but that does complicate this forgery post a bit! From Christy herself:

And don't forget to check back on prior month CKC tutorials!  In November we had a number of Master Forgers who did tutorials easily referencing common planner items!

This month Leslie has some Project Life cards & a few other goodies up her sleeve.

Clair included a beautiful calendar from Blooming Homestead in her kit this month and, even if you aren't intending to make a 'Planner Style' kit, it's a lovely, free download that could brighten up even the dullest of craft rooms!

She also hunted down some amazing, free Personal Size Planner Inserts from PenGems, for anyone who might like to try them.

Kelly found a video on how to make your own cute page flags using scrapbook paper.
