January 2019 - Forgery on the Fourth

Happy New Year!
January's "Master Forger of Ceremonies" is Susan, who has chosen this fresh inspiration:
Felicity Jane October 2018 "Hannah" kit
Tulle bows??? Oh, my...
Hand-drawn paper patterns are an easy forgery, and a Felicity Jane kit always includes a stamp set. Add one into yours & make some custom die cuts or even patterned paper. Epoxy alphabets and puffy stickers can be imitated with embossed stamping.

So what do you think the Design Team creativity produced this month?
Let's take a look...

Felicity Jane kits always have some black & white components, and the Hannah kit has dots, scallops, a grid and a hand-drawn quote - and that's just the papers!  Susan found a free, downloadable set of black & white pocket cards that look like they'd fit right in with Hannah - you can find them here:

And this collection of free, downloadable scrapbook paper contains a floral (bottom row, third from left) that is reminiscent of the hand-drawn one in the Hannah kit:

Leslie forged two of the papers + her crepe paper version of the tulle bows.

Cindy forged the bicycle die cut and some tulle bows.

  1. Great work ladies, I also forged the circle paper like Leslie. Going to check out how they made those bows. So much fun.

  3. Great forgeries ladies! So inspirational. I had every intention of getting to one or two of these ideas but just ran out of time but maybe I'll give them a go anyway!

  4. Marvelous forgery ideas!!! I can't believe I'm still stumped about what to forge on my own! Usually I know almost instantly when I look at the inspiration kit but this month I'm stymied!!! I took an easy out with not using bicycles and substituting with hot air balloons that I had 2 patterned papers of, so maybe it will be something hot air balloon or just balloon related?!?!! hmm??
