So today I am here to share some inspiration on using DIY Thickers and roller date stamps. So here we go.
DIY thickers can mean a great deal of things, here is a video that shows the ones you can BUY :

Also something I do occassionally if I cannot find the correct font, I cut some with my die cut machine (or you could hand draw and cut out with scissors) multiple times and then clue them together in a stack. You can then ink, mist, flock, glitter, and even emboss them (if you keep them thin enough). There you go custom alphabet/title.
Now Roller Date Stamps are taking the industry by storm lately. Now there is the obvious use of using them for the date of the picture or the journaling but you there are a few more ways to use them also. They now come with cute phrases, some arrows etc. So why not stamp them around your journal space/card to make a border like this:
Also here is a gallery over at Studio Calico that I stumbled on that has MANY uses of these neat little things. Enjoy! CLICK HERE
They are also great in "smashing" and Project life to label, add captions, highlight and date things. What else do YOU use them for if they are in your stash?
