August 2020 - Challenge #2 - Family Fun

Welcome to the 2nd challenge of the month:

August is Family Fun Month each year, Family Fun Month is celebrated throughout the month of August.  It is the opportune time to enjoy family with extra fun and activities. Show us how your family has fun!

Lets see what our Master Forgers came up with for this fun challenge

MF Leslie had a "grand day" at the blueberry farm! Perfect family fun & a great sketch to go with it. Link HERE.

Master Forger Tracey used her kit to scrap this fun photo of her and her family having a great play and walk on one of the beaches in Darwin. The peachy pinks and oranges in her kit remind her of the glorious NT sunsets
Master Forger Tara decided to print some more recent photos than she's been working with when her family went to Busch Gardens in the DC area in 2019.  There's lots of journaling on her layout because there was some drama when her son ended up with a migraine after a roller coaster ride and vomited all over a queue afterwards.  -_-   If you would like to see more of Tara's layout, visit her blog.

Master Forger Laura  had a wonderful summer.

And of course, don't forget that we'll be back throughout the month to give you some tips, ideas and challenges as you put together and use your kit.

Here's what we have coming up this month:
  • August 24th: I'll be showcasing one of the CKC community who's caught my eye this month
  • August 30th:  Another killing kits installment to help us finish off our kits!
We always love to see your work, so please share your kits and projects with us. You can use our Monthly Link-up page, post them in our Facebook Community, or share them on Instagram (we are @counterfeitkitchallenge or tag us using #counterfeitkitchallenge and #ckcaugust2020).

Thanks so much for stopping by! We can't wait to see your kits and projects this month!
