Hip Kit Club October 2020 Main Kit |
Lots of scrummy fall-inspired colours - think golden yellow, plummy purple, sky blue, pumpkin orange - and crisp days & cool nights patterns - plaids & checks, subdued florals, leaves & branches, cozy clothes & warm sentiments. Cut-apart tags could be easily forged. How about plaid patterned paper created with washi tape? The orange grid paper is a good candidate for a quick counterfeit. And if anyone is into foiling, how about the gold-foiled sentiments?
Let's see what our ingenious ideas our intrepid Master Forger team came up with!
Master Forger Tara decided to counterfeit the cute little tortoiseshell heart clips from the embellishment kit that you can see in this photo from Hip Kit Club's site:
Tara says, "I decided to create these embellishments with cardstock and Diamond Glaze. They turned out even better than I imagined! There are more directions on how to make these on my blog, so check it out!"
MF Tara also found some cute little forest card creatures that are free to print out here. Follow the directions to download and save to your computer. Tara saved all four images and copy/pasted each into the same Word document to resize and print as a cut apart sheet in Project Life cards. Here's one of the cards.
Master Forger Julene has also used forest animals and made journaling cards. She found the ideas on pinterest.
They are all made from scraps of card and are different sizes (it won't matter as they will be used separately)
