Sketchy Business

Hello there!  If you are a regular reader of our blog, you've come to know our pattern of posts throughout the month.  The 8th is usually our tutorial day, but we found the free form nature of our CSI: Color, Stories, Inspiration kit doesn't quite lend itself to direct forging.  To change it up a bit (and we've been doing a lot of that with our April Fool's pranks!), we thought we'd offer you some sketches that can easily be used with the kit you've created.  And who doesn't love a good sketch to get the creative juices flowing?  Whether you follow it directly or change it up...use one element or turn it completely on it's side, it's all good when it yields a completed page.

Let's see what the Master Forgers have up their inspirational sleeves!

Our Guest Designer Maggie found a fun sketch HERE

She also made a fabulous layout using the sketch!  (You can see more details on HER BLOG)

LesleyG designed her own

Julene chose a Becky Fleck sketch on Pinterest which can here.

Stephanie chose a sketch by Chickaniddy Crafts, and you can see her interpretation of it HERE on her blog

Lisa went through her Pins and came up with this one from Citrus Twist Kits (here)

We have a two-pager chosen by Angela, created by Becky Fleck at PageMaps.

Jemma visited the Kaisercraft blog and picked their 1st Saturday Sketch for April to use here.

Lynnette has been pinning away on Pinterest and found this lovely sketch here from Sketchy Thurdays.

Be sure to show off your creations (yes, you can use more than one!) using the April Mr. Linky.  A shout-out to the sketch designer/source is always appreciated.

We will return to our regularly scheduled program of "Hey!  I can make THAT!" next month.  Thanks for playing along!
