September Challenge #1 - Single Pop Of Color on White

Challenge 1: Pop of color on white:  Keep most of your project white and use ONE nice pop of color for a change of pace.

The Studio Calico kits we're pulling inspiration from this month are chalk full of bright, fun colors. It can be intimidating to work with such a bold palette. Sticking to a neutral, minimalist design with just a pop of color is a great way to get started. Here are some examples that we found inspiring -

Now let's see what our designers have done:

Guest Designer Cindy made an adorble layout for us.  Head over to her blog to learn more about it.

Susanne made a pocket scrapbook card with a pop of cherries.  Details on her blog.

Leslie scrapped her new granddaughter using forged paper & embellis.

  3. I really liked this challenge and think I could do it a few times - I really would like to do a real white layout rather than my interpretation of it :-)
