June 2020 - Forgeries On The Fourth

This month's kit is Wonderful World from Clique Kits.  There are some beautiful papers and embellishments in this kit that would make great forgeries!  Check it out again!

Guest Designer, Becca gave us a great forgery this month!

This is what she had to say about her forgery:

With lots of floral patterned papers in the inspiration kit, I decided to use some green acrylic paint and some different flowers and leaf stencils in random patterns around the solid pastel color cardstock sheets. I used a fine tip green Sharpie marker to outline the flowers and leaves. Then the larger floral shapes were given some stickers. Some sponge daubing smudges scattered throughout to help fill in some of the empty spaces. Time-wise it was lengthy since I haven't done much painting this past year.
She even used it in a finished project!

MF Tara chose to forge these embellishments from Crate Paper:

Here's Master Forger Tara's version-

She chose colors to match her own kit papers! If you want the step-by-step instructions, head over to Tara’s blog!

Master Forger Leslie had a smashing good time after a month's hiatus in May:

Here's a LINK to a template for those tiny envelopes - So. Cute.

Julene made some tiny envelopes.
She used an old "hot off the press" template plus some scraps of blue and pink papers.

Like Tara Tracey was impressed with the rainbows and has made her own too. Here is a sneak peek of them and if you want to follow along how she made them then pop into her blog:
