October 2020 - Challenge #2 - Trick or Treat

Welcome to the 2nd challenge of the month!

Just a reminder that we are using the Best of Both Worlds September Kit this month for inspiration.

Given that Halloween falls in October, for Challenge Two we will play Trick or Treat. You need to take three turns and either pick three Tricks (something a little tricky to use) or Treats (something that you love to use) or if you want to combine Tricks and Treats then you need to pick five, from the list below and incorporate onto your layout – don’t forget to tell us what you have used!!

Trick                                Treat
Hand Stitching                 Flowers
Eyelets                             Enamel Dots
Glitter                              Rainbows
Fringing                           Stencils
Mixed Media                   Stripes
Doodling                          Hearts
Rubons                            Woodgrain

Master Forger Laura chose Trick and Treat. Trick was mix media, Treats are woodgrain, stripes, rainbows and enamel dots.

Master Forger Cindy used Treats of Woodgrain, Stencils and Flowers.

Master Forger Tina has chosen the Treat side of the challenge and using flowers in various forms, enamel dots and diagonal stripes on my layout about Flowers :)

You can see more here

Master Forger Lori went with treats and added enamel dots, rainbows, stripes, and hearts to her layout.

You can read more about her layout here.

Master Forger Tracey created this funky layout using the Treats; stenciling, hearts, stripes, rainbows  and enamel dots... well enamel hearts!!

Well we hope that we have given you some inspiration to go scrapbook trick or treating.
