March 2021 - Forgeries On The Fourth

Clair included a cute 'Paperclip' cut file in her Mini Kit this month, from this lovely little 'School Is Back' set by Citrus Twist.

She's also included some 'Paper Stars' that she made by following this DIY Lucky Stars video on YouTube. This is such a wonderful way to use up some branding strips!

MF Julene made some flowers. The first type are punched and folded. You need 4 the same or 2x2 and alternate them. It's a good way to use up paper scraps.

Adhere 4 to each base.

The fan fold flowers are made in 2 halves ,then a button is placed in the centre and glued. Put a weight on them to flatten them until glue dries. I add a square of cardstock at the back to help keep them flat.

Master Forger Cindy played with her dies and punches to make more DIY Flowers

Master Forger Leslie has a rather unorthodox counterfeit of the black & white hashmark paper along with some digi embellishments come to real life!

I guess the security envelopes are technically more of an upcycle than a forgery, but zoom in for a look at how close of a match that first one is!

The embellishments are from an exclusive Sweet Shoppe Designs collection for a Big Picture Classes class! Oldies but goodies. I've curled the edges of the "metal" flowers & will pop up the button centers. The "felt" flowers have more texture in real life.
