Welcome back to our Just The Gist of It post where we hope to offer you a possible starting point for creating your kit.
Sometimes, we just don't know where to start or there is something about the kit that doesn't feel like us, but we still want to bring a selection of items together to form your own monthly kit. This is the post for you! Hopefully, you will find some inspiration to get you going.
Let's just remind ourselves about our inspiration kit this month:
Mercy Tiara Kits Feeling Groovy Main Kit |
If you always use certain items to create that aren't included in the inspiration kit, toss them into yours! You want everything at hand to keep you rolling along throughout the month.
And finally make the rounds of the Reveal Hop for inspiration. Often the Master Forgers will provide a new direction that may just suit you to a T.
Can't wait to see what you create! And see you later for all the July goodness:
- 4th July - Forgery on the Fourth - Master Forgers share simple ideas for creating kit elements.
- 6th July - Mini Kit Reveal and Project Showcase - Inspiration for a smaller kit or project ideas.
- 12th July- Challenge #1 - To inspire you to get creating from your own kit.
- 18th July - Challenge #2 - To inspire you to get creating from your own kit.
- 28th July - Follower's Showcase - who has caught our eye this month.
- 31st July - Killing the Kit - an idea or two focusing on using up the bits and pieces left in your kit.
You know that we always love to see your work, so please share your kits and projects with us. You can post them in our Facebook Community or share them on Instagram (we are @counterfeitkitchallenge or tag us using #counterfeitkitchallenge and #ckcjuly2023).
Thanks for stopping by! |
