Organize This: Week 8

Projects, Incomplete Pages and Kits

So your room is starting to look really pulled together.  You can find the supplies you want to use.  You have stopped buying duplicates.  You are crafting away.  Now what?  Where do you stash all of your super cool Counterfeit Kits and other projects you are working on?

Wookie Mouse has the answer for you!  Head over to My Love Affair with the Label Maker to see what ideas she has cooking!

Post your ideas here so we can smack our foreheads and say:  Why didn't I think of that!

  1. Let's see... my kit contents stay in their ziploc bags they came in. When the contents are gone are down to just bits, I integrate them into my stash, the ones I want to keep and give the rest away. I save the ziploc bags to make my own kits from my stash. I have scrapbook boxes from Michael's that have semi planned pages that need to be worked on. I also have some that hold finished pages that need to go in albums. My kits that I get are contained in the plastic bins that you can buy at IKEA for IKEA's Expedit. The scrapbook boxes are stacked on the shelf in the closet.

  2. I have a rolling cart with six plastic, lidded containers designed for scrapbooking. Each container has items from past kits or companies, i.e. SU, CTMH. Since I cancelled all kits, I've been plowing through these and purging/sorting/storing the remnants. I allow one container per kit. I'll let you know how that's working for me in six months, LOL!

  3. Thanks for this - I am fairly organised with my kits all in bags and I just don't leave pages unfinished (I just can't bear it lol!) but I LOVE the list from CK for the pages I want to make and which bits I have ready. Just what I need to kick start my mojo :)
