September 2023 - Mini-kit Reveal & Projects

Hello everyone. Master Forger Laura is sharing her take on mini kits using our inspiration for the month. 

Mini kits are great if you want quick projects, or if ideas are sparked by just small bits of the inspiration.

As a reminder, Master Forger Tina chose the April 2023 kit called "Aurora" by {Not} Just for Boys kit club as our inspiration for this month.

My mini kit consists of several small scraps (mostly about 6x6 or 6x4 size) some fussy cut flowers, some stick on pearls, my new set of pens and an autumn themed stencil. I love the earthy colours which are perfect for this time of year.

The smaller size of the papers are just right for card making, so I came up with this card.

And we've got another full month of inspiration for you so September is going to look something like this:

• 12th & 18th September: Challenges #1 & #2 - to inspire you to get creating from your own kit 
• 24th September: Follower Showcase - who has caught our eye this month 
• 30th September: Killing Kits - an idea or two for using up the bits & pieces left in your kit box
