January 2020 - Follower Showcase

It's always a great Counterfeit Kit Challenge month when ex-Master Forger and scrapbooker extraordinaire Susanne (find her over at her blog Snaps and Snippets here) joins in the fun!

I can't even remember how or when we first met - Big Picture Scrapbooking I think.... - but it was a long time ago - more than 10 years now - and she's been a friend ever since! We are fellow Scorpios and I find her witty, perceptive, entertaining, sweet-hearted and very inspirational.

Therefore, I was thrilled to see her awesome kit this month and then, in a flash, she had used it ALL up. Inspirational and motivational indeed!

She produced a wonderful kit full of fun products, lovely colours and just enough variety to make sure that all her projects look individual and perfectly executed.

What a wonderful showcase to open the year!

Thanks for playing along this month Susanne - hope to see more of you in the year to come.

Here's her cute kit - full of simply lovely products. I'd have been over in a minute if I had been anywhere near to "help" her use it up!

I love the design on this double spread with all those pretty paper strips and a bunch of happy photos.

You can find other makes over on her blog here but I also loved the simplicity but pretty design of these cards.

And look! She only had these scraps left at the end of her crafting marathon - and all of that before I even opened my kit box to think about making something with it!

Don't forget that we'll be back in a few days with our sneak peeks for February and Shannon will be here with her first "official" episode of {Killing Kits}
  • January 30th: We'll be offering another installment in our {Killing Kits} series to help you find ways to use up all of your kit

We always love to see your work, so please share your kits and projects with us.
You can use our Monthly Link-up page, post them in our Facebook Community, or share them on Instagram (we are @counterfeitkitchallenge or tag us using #counterfeitkitchallenge and #ckcnovember2019).

Thanks so much for stopping by! We can't wait to see your kits and projects this month!
