June 2022 Mini Kit Reveal and Projects

This month we are inspired by the November 2021 kit called NOVEMBERKIT2021 by Danipeuss.de.  Don't have enough time to use a large kit or enough materials to pull together a regular kit?  Well, we're here to show you that you can do a mini kit instead!

And here's inspiration from our DT:

Master Forger Kate  based her mini kit from the 6x6 Bungalow Lane paper pad and from some of the original papers in the main kit:

Master Forger Laura says, “ For my mini kit I was drawn to the patchwork style paper in the kit. I didn't have anything like that in my stash so just picked out the colours and found a floral paper that I thought represented them. Added in some scraps and a few embellishments.”

The main inspiration kit felt a little bit autumnal to me, but I decided on some spring pictures for my layout.”

MF Misty decided to use scraps and a sticker sheet from the Bungalow Lane collection, along with some punches and cardstock, to create her own layered sticker embellishments.

Here is what the month of inspiration will look like.

  • 12th and 18th June: Challenge #1 and #2 to inspire you to get creating from your own kit.
  • 24th June: Followers Showcase - who has caught our eye this month.
  • 30th June: Killing Kits - an idea or two focusing up the bits and pieces left in your own kit.

You know that we always love to see your work, so please share your kits and projects with us. You can post them in our Facebook Community or share them on Instagram (we are @counterfeitkitchallenge or tag us using #counterfeitkitchallenge and #ckcjune2022).

Thanks so much for stopping by! We can't wait to see your kits and projects this month!
