July 2025 Challenge #2

Here is our second challenge for this month. It is a 1,2, 3 challenge.

In fact, I got the picture from a challenge that used to exist called 1,2,3 challenge. (Now defunct.)

First another reminder of this month's kit. Noel Mignon Balboa.

Your second challenge.

So, you need bright colours, the word AWESOME and arrows. Your layout must have all 3!

When you have completed your layout add it to Challenge #2 post on Facebook.

Here's some ideas from the Design Team.

Master forger Laurie

I used the lime green polka dot paper from my kit and paired it with some red scraps, also from my kit. I decided to add some mixed media using a lime ink to add more bright colors. I didn’t want my title to just float, so I made the arrow to place my title on. If you look closely on the left side, you’ll see another black arrow. I thought ‘Awesome Day’ would be a great title since it’s always an awesome day when you spend it with a friend.

Master forger Ryann

Master Forger Ryann was excited to do this challenge of her stepson. She was out of the “s” in awesome, so she made one from a “g” on the layout. That chipboard alpha is almost gone!

Master Forger Julene

I used the 2 brightest papers in my kit plus chipboard arrow painted ,arrow washi tape and a scrap of arrow paper.

Following this post, here is what is coming up for the rest of this month.

  • July 22nd Challenge #3
  • July 24th Followers showcase
  • July 28th August sneak peek
  • July 30th Baby use those scraps!
  • Make sure you pop back here to see what is happening. That's all for now.
